I have been an elite athlete for the past 8 years of my life, and ever since I can remember I have trained nine times a week and have been in top condition. Last year due to injuries I took a year off, and found myself at the end of that year having gained a ton of weight and far from being in top shape. Going back to the gym and trying to motivate myself through the usual gym routines left me burnt out and unmotivated. The best thing that happened to me three months ago was being referred to Shawn Goodman. Since that first workout I have never found myself bored! Although challenging, his workouts are unique and like nothing I have experienced. Before, I would have spent hours in the gym in order to feel as though I had “properly” worked out. Shawn’s workouts not only took me half the time, but the results exceeded any I had ever gained from the gym! The way in which he designed my exercise program as well as nutrition plan allowed me to see improvements on a weekly basis. His innovative training techniques along with his positive attitude have kept me motivated and have helped get me back into shape. Thanks to Shawn I am now back to my former self and able to return to my sport in peak condition as well as with confidence.
