We sit down and go over your current lifestyle, training habits, medical history, nutrition, and goals that you would like to accomplish in the near future. I do a fitness assessment that will help me determine your level of fitness and your strength and weaknesses.

TRAINING SESSIONS (All Services To be performed at A.C.S training studio)

Training Sessions are $50
All sessions are one on one, based on your needs and specific goals. Training session are typically 60-80mins in length.

Program Design $75
I design a custom program that accommodates your lifestyle, needs and your fitness goals. (Additional $45 for complete exercise demonstration of your program)

Couple/Partner training $60 per session
Get fit together with your significant other or friend, a Great way to stay motivated and save time.

TRAINING PACKAGES (pre-paid) (All packages include program design, nutrition plan)

  • 5 Session Package - $250 ($50 per session)
  • 5 Session Partner Training - $300 ($60 per session)
  • 10 Session Package - $450 ($45 per session)
  • 10 Session Partner Training - $550 ($55 per session)
  • 15 Session Package - $850 ($42.50 per session)
  • 20 Session Package-$800 ($40 per session)

Custom Program Design/Nutritional Program $175
This package includes your own program and nutrition plan, consultation, and complete exercise demonstration of your program (1.5 hrs).

Monthly Training (8 Sessions - $335, 12 - $450, 16 - $600)
Monthly training rates are available in 8/12/16/20 session packages depending on your commitment. The sessions have to be used up during the month and cannot be carried over from month to month. Sessions are to be paid at the start of every month.

NUTRITION PLAN

1 Time Specialized Nutrition Plan $75
Whether your goal is weight loss, gain mass or just start living a healthier lifestyle. Nutrition is a key factor in determining the success of your program, without a proper nutrition plan in place you will be unable to achieve your fitness goal. I design a nutrition plan based on your goals/needs and personal food preferences. I will provide an assortment of healthy foods and suitable alternative choices that will create a healthier, fitter you.

OTHER SERVICES

Seminars (approx 60mins long) $100 *Not limited to just these specific areas

  • Resistance training for older adults
  • Healthy nutrition (how to clean up your eating habits)
  • Putting on Lean Body tissue A.K.A “muscle”

POLICIES

  • All training sessions are to be pre-paid (cash or cheque)
  • 24 hour notice on cancellations or you will loose that session
  • Show up on time, changed ready to workout
  • Services must be used up within 4months from date of purchase
  • Respect all equipment and facilities provided at A.C.S. training studio at all times.
